Chief Technology Officer & CEO
Leads the overall vision and strategy of RTS, both technologically and at a business level. Defines the architecture of our trading frameworks, supervises research and development, and ensures that all systems are scalable, robust and aligned with the company’s long-term direction and client needs.

Quantitative Research Analyst
Develops and tests quantitative models that underpin our trading systems. Works with market data, statistics and simulations to turn trading ideas into clearly specified, rule-based strategies and performance metrics.

Algorithmic Trading Developers
Build and maintain the codebase for our trading bots, execution engines and tooling. Implement strategy logic, connectivity to platforms and APIs, optimisation routines and monitoring components for production use.

Risk Management Specialist
